Temple Shir Shalom is located at 3855 N.W. 8th Avenue in Gainesville, Florida, in a residential neighborhood. An illuminated sign is perpendicular to the street. The entrance is on the East side of a split driveway and is marked by a mailbox with four red reflectors on the post (from each direction). We are on the south side of N.W. 8th Avenue.
From I-75: Exit #387 (Newberry Road), head east into Gainesville. Make a left at the light on N.W. 43rd Street. Take a right at the next light, which is N.W. 8th Ave. The Temple is about a one minute drive down the road, on the right.
From UF: Take University Ave heading west. Make a right on N.W. 34th Street. Take a left at the next light, which is N.W. 8th Ave. The Temple is about a one minute drive down the road, on the left. From 39th Ave., Take N.W. 43rd St. heading south. Take a left at N.W. 8th Ave. The Temple is about a one minute drive down the road, on the right.
